*Most of these photos were taken to show the appearance of the mount and not optimize the shade provided by the umbrella canopy due to lighting conditions. As you compare the photos notice the difference in height that the handle is above the mount. This is the min/max that the standard umbrella mast can be raised or lowered. We have an optional longer bottom mast ($16.99*). These are useful for outdoor patios that have stand-up tables and/or counter top bars when you want to use your umbrella at home.
